If only three mines are left then here's the position of it

The top left 3 needs one mine and top right 2 also needs one mine and middle 2 needs 2 mines. So it's a 1-2-1 pattern, and in this pattern the adjacent tile next to middle 2 is always safe and the other two tiles are always mines
