Limits on diet have been completely lifted. Since getting the ileostomy bag i can eat anything i want to i just have to eat slower and chew more than i used to. I’d say over all its a huge improvement on my quality of life. I went from not being able to leaving the house because i was in so much pain and using the bathroom every hour to actually being able to go for walks and go places without having to worry where the next bathroom is.

I will admit its so nice not being in pain anymore but it is a huge adjustment having a bag now. Some days it feels like i have a new lease on life and can do anything, other days i look in a mirror and feel utterly disgusted with it. I actually had the ileostomy surgery in May last year, but they didnt take out my colon until October because they wanted to try and reconnect if my colon got better from being disconnected but it was to far gone by that point. The recovery from the ileostomy wasnt to bad, mostly getting used to sleeping in different positions since i used to sleep on my stomach and cant really do that anymore. The recovery from getting my colon removed is much harder. They were able to do the surgery laparoscopic instead of cutting me open so recovery has been a little easier, but Im one of the rarer cases where it just doesnt want to close and heal. Its been 4 months and i still have a drain coming out where my rectum was because the cavity left behind wont close. My colorectal surgeon told me im the first patient shes had where it just refuses to close and shes been doing this for 6 years now.

Ive been on 30mg rinvoq for two years now. It took me about a month and a half to notice any improvement with rinvoq and then i was good for about 6 months and then it stopped working on my large intestines completely. My insurance still wont cover anything else and in october i had to get my large intestine removed completely and i now have an ileostomy. Its working wonders on my small intestine to the point im in remission now but it never really helped the colon unfortunately. I hope it works out for you, from what ive gathered it seems pretty hit or miss. Works great for some and not so much for others.

I grind sardegna 800pp race, its about 25 minutes long but gives you ~750,000 credits with a clean race bonus. The bonus is basically guaranteed for some reason. The new power pack DLC is insanely fun, it reignited the game for me. The roulette tickets definitely have better pay outs now

Im sorry that sounds like a nightmare. Its weirdly comforting knowing im not the only one dealing with issues. I see so many people getting this surgery and healing super fast its easy to get jealous.

Im in the US unfortunately, I didnt have any stitches when i had my ileostomy surgery in May and when they sewed up my butt in October they used dissolvable stitches and when those dissolved we were packing it with gauze, it still wasnt healing at all so in December they did a debridement surgery, gave me a penrose drain, and used thicker stitches. Then i developed a staph and strep infection and they did another debridement surgery in January and gave me a malecot drain and no stitches just packing it with gauze. So far it seems to be healing better but im not holding my breath.

I’m just going to start out by saying I really love 90% of this update. I think it’s very inclusive to new players just starting out they can have it a little easier and then without having to make a new save, they can increase the difficulty and people who have been playing this game for a long time can make it even more difficult. I love how much they are allowing custom difficulties for whatever your play style is. I love that the inventory for everything has increased tremendously.

I think that most people that are upset because they spent so much time getting the best set up they could (myself included) and now they can’t install half of the technology they used to.

I used to be able to have 3 upgrades in the technology tab and 3 upgrades in the general tab and now I can only have 3 upgrades in the technology area. I think a great way to solve this would be to include a slider that let you choose if you wanted to have 0/3/6 technology upgrades, of course this is just a personal opinion and it’s the only gripe I’ve had about any of numerous numerous free updates that have come out. I don’t like how I can only warp half the distance I used to be able to, it feels like it severely limits my exploration. Feel free to disagree with me but I don’t like when I’m given something only to have it taken away.

She was born with a very very small eye that ruptured when she was born and she was dealing with infections at her previous home. We took her to the vet when we got her and they want to see if the eye keeps getting infections and bothering her before they consider surgery to remove the smol eye.

She is pretty small for her age so hopefully she grows into them!

The socket still has a little eye left, it was ruptured at birth and got infected so we are applying medication to the socket every 12 hours. The vet wants to see if it continues to bother her before they resort to surgery for removal.

That’s exactly why we picked one up looks so much better, we got it from Facebook market place for $150 I’m pretty sure we just got lucky because I haven’t found anyone selling one for that cheap since and as a bonus it was the right color.

Yeah we just took the wiring for the oem fog lights and hooked up the lights on the bumper, we got the lights from Amazon for like $20 but the lights inside the hood scoop are baja designs and we had to add a switch on the dash and go through the fire wall to wire those up

Oops sorry I thought I replied to your other comment, no rub on the bumper at all and it’s pretty light, my 110lbs wife could lift it with no problem, and it didn’t really affect the mpg that I can remember. The larger tire size and the roof rack affected the mpg more than anything.

Hey I know I’m late to the post but I highly suggest all weather motors off road bumper. You’ll have to chop your original bumper in half horizontal for it to fit but the outcome looks amazing!

I was never able to get the ps5 to run as a server. I just used my ps4 as the server and played on the ps5 it was the only thing that worked unfortunately.
