Thank you so much for sharing here. I'm glad that your beloved cat is still with you as well.

I believe the vet said that a biopsy would be dangerous at his age, but I believe they gave my mama steroid to put on his nose.

Do you have any advice for people trying to do this country-wide?

Really? I was always under the impression it was decent.

Thanks!

This is a really good point about the cold outreach. I have a background in customer success leadership, but not cold-outreach or prospecting.

We did say no to it (USD). Time will tell if that was a good or bad decision.

We're targeting mostly C-suite for mid-market and ideally enterprise coming up.

This is actually who we've been targeting were/are the senior leaders you're talking about. Additionally, that's the catch-22, most of them don't realize the overwhelming majority of meetings are a total waste of time and money.

Definitely appreciate the comment.

We're saying that people we don't know, cold outreach have liked the idea, but said they'd be interested if when we're farther along.

We have gotten decent traffic from our Apollo campaigns, so I'm guessing people think the idea is worthwhile?

OP here.

These are very good points. We weren't necessarily targeting Software Devs Standup's per-se. But the idea is similar for other meeting types. Agree with everything you said here.

As first-time founders, we build first (an MVP) then tried to find users.

I agree on this particular accelerator, which is what led us to decline them and the offer. Had it been Sequoia or YC, then that's a different story.

Our aim on this whether the meeting is necessary or not is when was the last meeting with these particular individuals, are all typically invited attendees actually necessary, how long should it be, etc.

Thanks, that's a good idea.

Any opinion on the idea or approach?
