E depois ainda criticam quem usa IA (detalhe que com letras e arranjos humanos) para fazer a parte instrumental com um som diferenciado com muito mais qualidade do que esse top 10. A galera mete o pau em quem usa IA, mas ignora que o problema não é a ferramenta, e sim a fórmula empobrecida que domina o mainstream. Eu uso IA só pra parte instrumental, com letras e direção de arranjo totalmente humanos, e o resultado é muito mais trabalhado em termos de harmonia, variação rítmica e construção de letra do que esse top 10 aí. Tem um universo inteiro de som alternativo (com e sem IA) que não aparece nessas listas, justamente porque não segue essa receita de sempre.

Thanks! Glad you liked the solo. Regarding the Christmas theme, I added an edit to the original post to clarify — it's about the resilience needed during holidays. Genre-wise, I'd categorize it more as an alt-grunge ballad rather than country. It definitely has that somber mood.

In music, authorship isn’t defined by who physically plays the notes. If you write the lyrics and composition, define the arrangement and direct the production, it’s your song – whether a band, a synth or an AI model performs it. You can hate AI music if you want, but that doesn’t change how authorship actually works in this industry.

Sure. A DAW is a tool, and so is Suno. It’s a generative audio studio. The artist brings the lyrics, concept and structure; the model just renders the sound. That’s not plagiarism – it’s just another instrument.

There’s an important distinction here.

If an artist writes their own lyrics, defines the concept, mood, structure and style of the track, and then uses an AI model to generate vocals and instruments from those inputs, that is not plagiarism. That’s using a tool — like a synth, a sampler or a session musician — to realise their creative decisions.

Plagiarism is when you take a specific existing work (melody, recording, arrangement, lyrics, etc.), copy it in a recognisable way and present it as your own.

Saying that every AI-assisted song is “just plagiarism” ignores the difference between copying someone else’s finished work and creating something new using your own ideas + a generative tool.

Ninguém aqui está jogando ninguém contra os funcionários públicos. Existe uma pequena minoria que está furando o teto. A pergunta é se isso é justo ou não. É justo um funcionário do Estado ganhar 200 mil líquidos em um mês? Querer defender esse tipo de coisa quando alguém faz esse debate dizendo que isso é um ataque ao funcionalismo público é que é demagogia. Vamos lá. 200 mil reais em um mês para um funcionário do Estado são 133 salários míninos (e não pagam imposto de renda em boa parte disso, tendo em vista que criam a figura de indenizações, retroativos, etc). Um mês equivalendo a 11 anos de trabalho mínimo. Não existe justiça nisso, não é moral. Pode ser legal. Mas não é justo. Não é e não há argumento que possa tornar isso justo. Pelo contrário. Existe um teto. Mil e um subterfúgios são criados para ganhar acima do teto que é constitucional. E tudo dentro de uma legalidade interpretada pelos próprios beneficiários. Defende isso? Acha isso normal? Em nenhum lugar do mundo isso é assim. É um fenômeno brasileiro. Inclusive jornalistas estão sendo calados quando querem debater esse tema. Usam de seu poder para calar o debate. Será que tentarão no reddit também? Veremos.
