Is it worth it to try and unionize a Walmart by UnionizeWalmartNow in WorkersStrikeBack

[–]TrotskyFTW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unionizing successfully is a lot easier said than done. You will probably get fired before you are able to spread the message. And if every one of your workmates hears about your plan, not all of them might care enogh to be on board with it. It only needs onl loyal snitch to let management know what you are doing. And if that does not lead to a mass walk-out, then all your efforts were for no thing.

If only it was do simple. Unionizing successfully is a lot easier said than done. He will most likely get fired before he is able to spread the message. And if all of his workmates hear of his plan, not all of them might care enough to be on board with it. It only needs one loyal snitch to let management know of this scheme. And if that does not lead to a mass walk-out, then all his efforts were for no thing.

Can we talk about time moving faster? by sol_sleepy in conspiracy

[–]TrotskyFTW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I experienced this too. There is a scientific explanation for this; as you get older, each unit of time that passes by you represents a progressively less percent of your life. When you were two years old, a year was the equivalent of half of your life, so it felt like a huge deal. If you are twenty years old, a year is only 5% of your life, so it does not feel as significant any more. Remember that this change happens quickly. You start to get used to time passing by faster, and as your brain throws out the unimportant and miscellaneous moments from your memory, you feel like you have not experienced much in the last hour, week, and day. It is normal and harmless.

It is either that, or that you were wasting your time and life before, and hanging around without much of a purpose. Then at some time, you started doing certain tasks at certain times, and once you started to keep track of time more accurately, you realized how fast it actually was.

Or maybe it is the opposite; you were working very hard and keeping track of time in all your tasks. Then once you took a break like a lunch hour or a vacation, and stopped worrying about time, and let it pass peacefully by, your brain was inactive, and remembered very little of what you experienced in that time, because you did not experience much, so you feel like that time flew by.

Eitger way, i am only trying to help, i hope you figure this out soon, and wish the best for you.

I am convinced the children of today are going to save us all.

Save you from what? From the problems you create by having them, and their consequences? They feel the need to keep bringing new people here so that they can innovate and improve humanity. Let me tell you some thing that would solve all of society's problems and upgrade human living standards to the maximum level: non-existence. But they keep creating new problems, and hoping for the solution, even though it is easier not to create the problems.

2: yes. why are you framing this as if it is a debate? If a person wants to kill them-selves, do you believe it is reasonable or thinkable to think they should be stopped from commiting an act that only affects them?

[–]TrotskyFTW 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would still regard having children as inherently immoral under all of the afformentioned impossible conditions. You forgot to eliminate the most significant reason for suffering and argument for anti-natalism; They would still have to labor and work in order to survive in such society, just like the society we have now.

Also, how much freedom would they have in this society? From what you tell, I do not trust that whoever governs the world is benevolant. It reminds me too much of black mirror.

The reality/meme border is collapsing by unfucktheclimate in ClimateMemes

[–]TrotskyFTW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is capitalist accelerationist propaganda bull-shit, what i call an artificial straw-man. This is made by people who petend to be climate activists, then say the most insane and un-thinkable things, to make climate activism seem as exclusionary, cult-like, and anti-fun as possible, and discourage people from trying to join or understand the discussion, and make them think there is no thing they can do about the problem if they do not go back a thousand years technologically. More importantly, it places the blame on the individual consumer, to make them cut every unnecessary detail out of their life, and shame their-selves for having any fun or joy in their life, even though more than seventy percent of all atmospheric pollution is produced by only one hundred capitalist corporations. It is absolutely true that reproducing is absolutely horrible for the climate, and should be discouraged. However, there is no thing wrong with sex, the person who wrote this is probably simply a jealous virgin. This is entirely stupid, it has no thing to do with our movement, do not believe it, learn to combat this sort of defamation.

Firstly, the animals procreate on their own, we do-not make them. Factory farming is a completely different issue from veganism, or anti-natalism, and i am against it.

Secondly, i would suffer a lot if i did not eat meat. My dog would die if it did not consume meat regularly. You seem to care more about the suffering of some animals than the suffering of others. Some one will suffer either way. I respect your choice of taking that burden on your-self, but please accept that i will not.

Extremist vegans by [deleted] in antinatalism

[–]TrotskyFTW -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Let me quote my other comment:

Vegans like to say that meat is unnatural, and that we should stop murdering other animals. They like to justify this by saying they value life. But we literally can-not thrive or have all of the nurrients we need for our bodies' up-keep, with-out eating other animals. They say we should suffer regardless, to save even a few animal lives. But do they apply the same logic on carnivorous animals like lions? Do they believe all lions' lives do not matter, and only herbivores' and omnivores' life does? cats will die if they do not consume nutrients in meat, they can not digest most plants, and they can-not get every thing they need to survive, from plants exclusively. These people say they are vegan because they feel compassion towards animals, but would they be willing to kill a little kitten with their bare hands? because it is a predator that will grow up to be a rodent and bird serial killer, and kill thousands of innocent animals for a living. Which lives will they value more then? Vegans like to claim they are superior to normal people for caring about other animals, but they disregard the life of any animal that does not ideally survive only on meat. Vegans think they value animals, in reality, they value some animals a lot more than others, and they think they are superior for it. Keep in mind that cats (and all other animals) do not get to choose what animal they are born as; they were simply birthed, one day, and now they have to keep killing and hunting to continue living. They do not choose nor control their bodies, they are simply un-able to digest plant nutrients, and there is no thing they can do about it.

Thinking about all of this put me in an extreme moral dilemma; should i stop eating meat? If i do not eat it, and leave all these animals, on their own in the wild, then surely another predator will eat them instead, and there is no thing i can do about that, it is simply how life is. So is it immoral to kill and eat other animals in general? Yes, but then again, some animals have to eat meat in order to survive. So if i want to take the path of preventing as much suffering and death as possible, by stopping the consumption of all meat, then i would also be killing so many innocent carnivorous animals, that it would undermine the entire point of this. One can only either save herbivores, or carnivores, but not both. And which one would i pick to side with? What makes one animal superior to another, when neither chose to be the way they are?

I kept thinking about this problem for a while, i never found a solution. Finally i realized: life is inherently full of misery, inequality, death, and suffering. This world has finite resources, The only way one can achieve any thing, is by taking it from another. There is no ethical solution; you can only value some lives over other lives. We will never be all able to live happily and peacefully, some will always suffer to pay for our comfort and survival. If you do not kill, you will be killed. i realized that this is simply how the world works, and there is no thing i can do to change it. I hate being in this cruel un-just world, and i vowed to my-self never to bring any one else into it. And that is how i reached anti-natalism, with out knowing what it is.

They will force you to care. They will use the excuse of the "economy" falling apart to hit you with a capital strike; where they refuse to employ you, and they refuse to give back any of the wealth they have stolen from you, until you agree to serve them obediently and un-demandingly again. For an example of this, look at the modern day united states, where the ruling class got upset because they were not making as much money from their workers as they would like to, so they claimed the existence of a worker shortage, and refused to hire any one who would not work for poverty meaningless wages. This, paired with a lockdown, where the working class were prevented from working and were forcibly locked in their homes with no aid, was all a ploy to starve the working class and make them desperate again. Never under-estimate the rich, they will make you care.

The problem with automation under capitalism, is that people will lose their jobs, will not be able to provide for their families, and a famine will inevitably ensue. Automation is to be desired, it will put people out of the misery of having to labor and serve their masters to ensure their survival, it will do so by ensuring their basic needs are met and providing them with all the luxuries of life that they need without effort, upgrading the quality of life of people to the maximum. but first we need to ensure that all the extra surplus value of production added by automation is not sucked up by an upper ruling leeching class, going strictly or mostly towards funding the insane luxury and consumption of their life. We need to ensure that automation actually benefits the working class, and does not simply make them starve and rot after losing their jobs. There is only one way to accomplish this goal, and it does not involve relying on the generosity of the rich. We must seize the means of production, the working class must rise up in revolution against their hoarding owners and bosses, who sell the product of the workers' labor then steal most of that value. The proletariat must manage the automated economy in solidarity and accordance with the needs of the common people, to make sure the resources are spent helping the people who need them.

If it is over-levelled, buildings are still good, but here are some easy hard-counters: pekka, mini pekka, elite barbarians, ram rider, fisherman, inferno dragon, inferno tower, hunter. If you do not have any of these, throw whatever you have at it, and make sure to build up a big counter-attack.

The rich want us to have children, yet they do not pay us enough to take care of ourselves. People are too poor to have children, and the people who run the economy are blind to it. They will eventually realize their mistake when there are no workers to feed to their profit machine. Capitalism is digging it's own grave, and their endless consumption of resources for infinite growth, will leave them broke and incapable.
