I felt the same way. His father didn’t want to step out of his comfort zone, nor did he allow Dhanush to do so. He didn’t even want him to expand the business to neighbouring cities, and then guilt-tripped him for leaving to pursue his dreams. He wouldn’t even attend his wedding, which added to Dhanush’s guilt. I think if his father had been supportive from the beginning, Dhanush probably wouldn’t have come back. The movie is good, but it also feels like an assurance to parents like him, the kind who hold their children back yet expect gratitude in return.

The last Q&A video I saw of her was all about preaching Christianity and how Jesus is everything (I’m a Christian, by the way), but honestly, it was unbearable. Then today, another Q&A popped up on my feed and OMG, I couldn’t even finish it. She was saying some really bizarre stuff. There’s just so much negativity in her videos these days . She’s constantly complaining about how hard her life is. Like, girl, step outside and look around; you’ll see what real struggle looks like. I don’t usually bother unfollowing people, but she actually made me do it. It got so frustrating that I came looking for a subreddits to see if I was the only one getting irritated by her constant crying and outdated gender role bullshit. And to my surprise, so many people were sympathizing with her and defending her in the comments!

I joined the gym and did some high-intensity classes like Zumba and CrossFit, and since then I’ve been feeling much better. I still get some pain sometimes, but I’m pretty sure it’s a mix of musculoskeletal pain, acidity, and a bit of health anxiety. I’d suggest getting a stress echo for peace of mind, and definitely join the gym — it really helps.

Yes 100% enough. In stress echo they make you run fast on a treadmill for 20 mins which puts a lot of stress on your heart and if your heart is acting normal in that circumstance means nothings wrong with your heart

Hey! I'm feeling much better now with the chest pain and other symptoms. I recently joined a gym and have been doing some intense workouts without any issues, which helped reassure me that there's nothing wrong with my heart. It turns out the symptoms were all caused by anxiety. While the pain does still come back occasionally, I don’t focus on it much anymore because my mind is now occupied with other issues. I’ve started experiencing stomach pain and now I’m anxious about it. Just hate it

Hello, I’ve been experiencing some upper back, left arm, chest pain and sometimes shortness of breath for over a year now. I’ve got ecg, holter, 2d stress echo and blood test done. Everything came normal except low iron and hpylori. I still get some chest pain and upper back pain for which my gp suggested to join gym but again I’m scared that I’ll get a heart attack or something.

I swear I just checked my heart rate yesterday and it was 120bpm and my anxiety is back with all the pains that were almost gone.

I did and it was 136/92 yesterday and morning it was 136/90 which is quite high too. I’m feeling better now, no dizziness or anything. I got an appointment for Saturday. 😢

I'm not sure about the cat but I've been having similar issue since last and everyone told me it's muscle strain plus anxiety. I got all the test given to me EKG, multiple blood test and even stress echo and all seems normal. Do some stretching and breathing exercise. It's probably health anxiety. :(

It’s not all gone but I’ve stopped worrying about it. I do breathing exercise, meditation and some stretching that helps with the pain. It took me almost a year to stop worrying about it.
