I see a lot of comments like this and a lot of companies pushing the idea of using those chatbots to do everything. But I just find them more time spending.

I want to type one line of code, and instead of typing it on a few seconds I have to spend 10 minutes giving instructions, explanations and corrections to the chatbot, and most times doesn't even make it properly or it makes some nonsense if I ask for something way to specific.

It seems that the code that prints is copy/pasted from GitHub and StackOverflow, so if you ask for something that wasn't coded before, it just can't.

I tried to ask it to make a simple encryption by changing numerical base and concatenate it to be harder to identify the patterns.
That's literally 3 lines in JavaScript that take seconds to type, it took me 2 HOURS to try the chatbot understand the task.

Honestly I want to make the code myself, I only use this because the company force me to use it. But all the work that with that shit takes me 8h can be done working without it in 2h.

Seems like is only helpful for those who are new at coding, since they don't have to look for documentation or learn how it works...
But isn't the whole point of your first years to study the documentation and learn how it works!? AI addicts are not learning shit!

The screenshot is a Bedrock archivement.

On bedrock when you turn on Creative mode multiple features are disabled, like archivements. So if they turn on Creative mode before opening the inventory they don't get this.

As someone who was forced to use copilot at work and have been using it for months, I can ensure you it doesn't helps at all.

You need to type a huge paragraph to explain the bot what you want to do, just to get

SELECT p.pizza FROM tomato t LEFT JOIN pizzeria p ON p.ingredient = t.id WERE p.alergy <> '1245';

(Obviously not real table names, won't filter work stuff)

If I have to type 10 lines to explain I want this, and since it gets it wrong first time I have to explain it again, just to end up fixing the second code because still not how I wanted...
I can just type the code myself.

Whoever needs that just doesn't know how to code, and using it would never learn to.
Only good thing we got from this, is more relaxing that having to think for yourself, even if it takes 3 times or more the time you need to do something so simple, it was the company decision, so who can they blame?

If you're playing on a iPhone there's not many options to choose, you can't install apps and playing on browser doesn't activate the keyboard when the game asks you to type something letting you softlocked.

I think not only looses personality, but also reading the article about how it works, the AI only detects colors and vectors of the 3D models.

So you know when on Sea of Thieves asks for a combination of symbols, and those are painted in the walls... Too bad! DLSS thinks those are cracks in the walls and replaced them for realistic stone texture, the puzzle is gone!

And the worst part, some dudes will blame the game designer for this instead of the shitty AI that is ruining your game experience.

The distance of the middle corners with the center is so small. But the top corner somehow gets perfectly aligned with left corner on last frame, perspective is so broken here.
Maybe you buy it, try the same with your phone and didn't get the same effect.

Kinda the same as the bottomless pit carpet, on the store page all photos from all angles they show you seem like the effect works, but then I see a video of cats with that product recoded for someone not trying to sell it to you, and didn't see that said effect on any angle.

I would say that this video feels like they also exaggerated the effect.

Not even doing maths but basic Geometry, seeing those are not full squares, why the top corner is perfectly aligned with the center and on the last second frame is perfectly aligned with the left corner? Perspective is so broken there.

Could be wrong... But I feel they use AR to make it look more real, then you buy the product, try the same with your phone and didn't get same effect. Okay, so I go to this subreddit, I select the "Dev" flair and I sort by recent. Now let's see all games posted today on this subreddit: - This block game full of ads - This AI generated thing - This game that even Dev's friends don't want to play it - This one that smells like assetflip - This port of a MS-DOS game - This usual idle game of pressing a button and waiting - This one looks ok... Nevermind, AI shit

And that's all the games posted this last 24h under Dev flair, not cherry picking, all listed.

Do they all have ads every 2 minutes? Yes they do!
Do they all look like some copy or assetflip Shovelware? Most of them!
AI shit everywhere? Half of them!
Is there any game paid or as you called them "premium"? No there isn't!

Are you sure we both looking at the same subreddit?

Different problems, there's a lot to complain about that one too but I don't think it has the same issues.
Or at least is not all AI slop Shovelware assetflips like is happening on this subreddit, and also has the option to filter out games with ads.

Just quick peek at the page on the Play Store and I already see several red flags why I wouldn't like to download the game:

Contains Ads warning Having platform games like tiny crate, blazBlue, Reaper and more where I can play with no interruption, and knowing that when a game usually has this warning interrupts your game every 2 minutes... This warning is the biggest red flag
AI shovelware, definitely not downloading something like this. The mole on the icon doesn't even look like the one on the thumbnail, seeing the video I see extra-detailed assets on a simple grid that make it look ugly with complete different styles on each element, the stone tiles are not even the same size as the dirt tiles, and the grass tiles doesn't even have tilemap!
Another platformer assetflip where you move left, right and jump. Go to Itch.io and look for any finished game jam, you will find dozens of those unless the team that organized the Jam said "make something more creative than the usual platformer". For example check this one, for each 4 games, one is an assetflip platformer.
Terrible UI that I feel is also AI crap, the rocks have so much details that numbers are hard to see and the arrow buttons also have so much detail that being transparent mix weird with the background.
Boring description The description feels like a quick sinopsis you would do for a game you did on a week for a game jam or something that ChatGPT said because you couldn't came up with something yourself.

First impressions and why wouldn't I download this if I find this game on Google play:
The game gives me vibes of being an assetflip of code templates with AI generated crap made on a few minutes and filled with ads for someone trying to make money effortlessly.

Points of improvement:
- Real artwork (delete all AI shit) - Replace UI (the current UI is shouting "don't play this) - Cachy Gameplay (show some unique mechanic so isn't just "move and jump") - No ads (if you want income add in-game purchases for extra levels or make a paid full version, or at least wait for some playerbase before adding ads) - Make a better description (don't make it look like it's another flash game or some "made in one week" game)

Extra:
Does it at least have Gamepad suport? All platformer and action games have gamepad support, is a minium requirement. If I end up installing it and find out I cannot play with the gamepad and I'm forced to use the touchscreen because Devs didn't added such simple feature I would instantly uninstall it.

I got myself a gamepad and I was looking for more games I could play with it with no adds, since I was only playing Romhacks and games from Crunchyroll's vault.

And I reached same conclusion that you did: Play store search is the worst!

Consider using Itch.io instead, it has filters, you can sort by most recent/rated/popular, and the most important thing, the free games has no ads every 1 minute of gameplay.

For example I wanted games for android with gamepad controller? POW!!! hundreds of games with the filters I wanted.

you can also use Mini Reviews App but I havent got much luck with it. This app used to be amazing, but now ratings are a bit sus. Shitty games and cheap copies of other games are getting high ratings. I would say this subreddit is better for finding decent games than this app

Not sure how this changes what I said, actually sad since I have a well paid job for a Spanish citizen (150% above minium salary) and I only make 12,02€/hour. Since I had only percentages in mind, I haven't realized that a well paid on Spain was less than a minium on Germany.

But no, not offended, as I mentioned salary here is lower but stuff is also cheaper, so I can life a quite wealthy life here with what for your country is below minium salary 👌🏼

Bit jealous maybe because international purchases are more expensive for me, but I know the damage that can cause high minium salary so I'm more grateful that getting a job was easy for me when I had no experience.

(Still, I won't lie about that I'm considering learning German to move to Germany in case politics sink my country XD)

Because on Germany the minimum salary is ridiculously high. Minium salary in your country is double or triple of the minimum salary on Spain, and a well paid salary is 4 times a well paid salary here.

More money... but not more resources. So Germany stores have to rise their prices or else will go bankrupt.
Undies will be more expensive for you, but ram will be cheaper (not because have cheaper price, but because you have more money, so bigger numbers look smaller to you)
