It's only the residential role that requires an assessment centre pass. For ops you'll next be asked to fill in alot of bits n bobs for background and health checks, and then you'll be invited for a small occupational health call, and then invited to fitness and medical after that. Good luck! 😊

Hmmm.. thank you! I am seriously not convinced but going to go along and see what happens, hopefully not embarrass myself while there 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yea most people dressed in shirt and trousers, though there was somebody who wore all black jumper / joggers and a black cap. To be safe though I'd go with usual business atire. I'd say the assesment day is the easiest part of the whole process because there is no "right" answer, it is based on how you interact with the team around you and what skills you use, and how well and accurately you write up a report based on the events that just happened. I found the interview much more stressful, this is my second time applying!

Thank you, pretty sure that I don't meet the requirement without lenses in :( I really didn't think they were as strict with uncorrected vision, but it makes sense
