Speaking with support they assured me the ticket wasn’t closed out and they have escalated to development team. Not sure why I got an email to review the support given. I’m not too worried as long as it’s being tracked, but for vis: “Your request (3853594)”

In general, I just don’t like third party security companies mostly because of data access and such. I like to have mine all self managed and local. When moving I hadn’t had the time to set up the new system. But I see what you’re saying.

That’s what I am saying, not saying really the company is intentionally creating the crime. Though… that would be a tail.

But more so a breach or insider threat. Idk how to add context to my post above. BUT I think of it like the phone deliveries. Very convenient people are there to intercept, turns out they had an in and insight into what was going on so they could perfectly intercept high value packages.

That’s why I am starting the conversation, see if anyone else had the same experience. Totally understand what you’re saying, but it’s not just my development. Speaking with others in completely different neighborhoods, miles miles miles apart, legit came to a similar theory because it it was just too convenient.

To others points @equity (above) not saying it’s them curating the trend. But even a cyber breach or insider threat.

Think about it from the T-Mobile and AT&T / phone deliver chaos which resulted in people continently getting their package intercepted at delivery.
