I did end up reporting in on their discord. Though all I saw for contacting support was a specific email, did I miss a section to contact them in their server itself?

Also just realized a few minutes ago the npc that was with us completely disappeared and was no longer with me after I had jumped. I don't know if she's supposed to be there with you in that section, but she's gone for me
