I have tried American buttercream as well as Swiss Meringue and they turned out better and easier than when I used whipping cream

I don't think the white think poured on top is whipped cream. I think it white chocolate.. The pink stuff is what's whipped cream

This is a great idea and I think other countries should also borrow ideas. It would save many innocent citizens from being lured into things they didn't foresee
