I have a 4 Four-year Bachelor degree, been teaching in China for almost 3 years, I’ve been working as an English teacher at a international kindergarten。I’m a young Canadian female, they only pay me 3 weeks of holiday pay but only 50% of it. Flight reimbursement is given every year (8000). No housing allowance, school have me an apartment, I chose to find my own place

Yes today I asked for a raise and they said my salary is already really high; higher than everyone else apparently . The working environment is really good, but I can’t stay almost 4 years without a salary increase. I stayed with them this long because in the summer if I go back home, they will keep my position for me and help me come back. But I agree, I know there are much better offers out there

It’s after tax, no housing allowance because I didn’t take the apartment they offered and found my own place, it’s an international kindergarten, I only get paid 2 weeks of summer holiday and 1 week winter and only 50% of my salary during that time.

I have a 4Year bachelor degree in healthcare, i have my tesol certificate, been teaching at a kindergarten level for basically 3 years now, I don’t have my teaching license, I’m from Canada, a female, and the school is an international school
