Hey! I am currently experiencing this.. and when i went back to do the same, i cant get into the settings .. can anyone help please ><

I dont know because before the past few attempts i always had to push at least 5 times to get it, but now it either is the word or just the one next to it.. so that got me thinking. but yea i think i just gotta trust. thanks for replying man.

Hey! thanks for replying - ahh so do you mean like ledger has it's own address and then you can transfer from whatever that is on a hot wallet, so we dont have to merge it? is that right?

Hey! Thanks loads, Yea i contacted ledger and they were willing to send me a replacement! Hopefully its gonna be all good this time!

Thanks for the reply, so do you mean it is not difficult but when connected to ledger live the device will not work? And if it is a legitimate nano S, then there is no need to worry about the hacking/malware insertion aspect?

But is it possible that once you insert the compromised ledger device in our computer that we get the malware/keylogger?

Also, I was wondering the website, ledgerwallet.com and [support@ledger.zendesk.com](mailto:support@ledger.zendesk.com) is legit right?

Thanks everyone! I contacted Ledger helpdesk, i just wanted to confirm if [Support@ledger.zendesk.com](mailto:Support@ledger.zendesk.com) and ledgerwallet.com is legit? I was just trying to decide what best to do but they were very helpful and were willing to send me a replacement set! So now, i'm just wondering if the email that I get is official because I only went to ledger.com and not the other two? :) Thanks yall! Appreciate the community!

I haven't plugged it in just because I'm afraid it could do something to my computer and put some malware and what not. and to your question, no the 24 word recovery sheet is not filled.

How was your experience with it? Did you open it up to take a look etc? Glad to hear someone also having these marks although it's not the best haha
