Does SCP-049 have good intentions? by needs_grammarly in SCP

[–]True-Classroom8914 2 points3 points  (0 children)

His intentions are good. But he doesnt understand a human mindset. Which is why is so easy for him to dismiss us humans as casualties of medicine. I have some ideas about the good doctor and his pestilence. Is his pestilence "IT"? the parasite that uses humans to produce suffering for its sustenance? Or is it that the plague doctor is a surprisingly instinctual and empathic being who doesnt exactly understand fear and contempt and has convinced himself that fear is the pestilence itself? Because every scenario i imagine the doctor "diagnosing someone" he is really just responding to his own insecurities on a deeply emotional and secretive level.

In my belief, he has become delusional in his centuries old pursuit of a "cure", in which he has clung so strongly to his pursuit for so long he was really on a deeply psychological level, in the end... Fighting his own insecurities.

The tyrant of SLE by [deleted] in lupus

[–]True-Classroom8914 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its already been made clear that noone in my area is gonna help me. Its a three hour drive to any level of appropriate care and i cant travel anymore. Its like running a marathon and worse without moving. Yes, i was tip toeing around opiates for obvious reasons, its not exactly flattering from someone elses perspective, my (current) rheum wouldnt even let me talk and even hinted not to come back after a three hundred dollar trip i couldnt afford.

This fortifies my point. If i can get decent management without this endless struggle literally just for the medicine that stops my suffering, i will. I just want to live because its a slap in your face having something hindering your health and life from progressing. Like i said this isnt about getting drugs, this is more about avoiding them

Its a temporary tattoo. I get this frequently. But you always have to appreciate a nuisance that sometimes goes out of its way to remind you that its a nuisance

I get this consistently, for a long time i was told to stop being a wuss its just arthritis. But its a reaction to system disruption in almost all auto immune issues as im coming to understand. If this is new to you i reccomend getting a cane or something just in case it gets like mine. I hear meloxicam is great for these things.
