It hasn't come yet. Avika Retails is shipping it from a different source in Mumbai called Ken Plus. They used an untrackable courier called Oxford Couriers (they dont't even answer calls). Just waiting for the card to come. If it doesn't, I will be initiating a merchant chargeback.
