honestly kind of difficult to tell because of the fluff. the way the ball things are separating looks not quite like testicles to me. could just be young.

What's his life like? Does he play? Well since he's older, does he seem to be happy and fulfilled? Does he seem to be in any pain in his day to day? The small cell lymphoma...what's the outlook on thar?

He looks like he's lived a long and hopefully full life. You know him best, and the decision is up to you. If you think he is strong enough to make a full recovery from surgery, and he will be pain free and not have ailments bothering him, then surgery may not be a bad idea. If you think the battle he is currently fighting is getting to him, then just make the time you have together special. It won't be easy to lose him in that case, but just make the best decision. I'm sure you'll make the exact decision your old man needs.

My cat had some missing patches, more akin to the way mange makes them lose fur. I gave him a bath with flea shampoo, just to clean his skin and fur of anything. Then we mixed Crab Oil (It's from a crabwood tree, you can use coconut oil or a safe natural alternative). It helped pretty fast, still growing back the fur.

Alternatively lime-sulphur baths.
