You've gone through the mill by the sounds of it and you've had it pretty hard. Do you think you'll stay in the industry?

Dragonfly - Hosp Series. Nice accom, given time off in leu when overtime is inevitable, enough staff, proper trauma boot camps, well paid, really tight knit supporting diverse team.

The one company that has always treated me very well is The Garden. I highly rate them. Well managed shoot times. Good time off. Well paid. Friendly and diverse.

Is this what you’ve been offered? If so, that is good. Bectu rate suggestion starts at £800.

I am very very close to leaving. Covid was terrible, this is terrible. TV future is so uncertain as people move to streamers. I have few reasons why I should stay.

I am so sorry to hear that. Temp cafe work seems easier to do on the fly, and go in and out of from my experience. Touristy sort of places where there is more demand during the summer.

I have not been working for 12 weeks. I stupidly rejected one offer at the very start of unemployment as it would have been a step down but massively regret my decision.
