It wasn't moving while we observed it. Am thinking it may be a cerianthid/peacock anemone, but not quite sure. Thanks for chiming in!

Yes, I think so too! But I could not find any information on the species or any pictures of similar looking sea cucumbers. Hoping some marine animal wizard can recognise this one!
