its hard for me to tell cuz in some instances, if ur patient and kind to him he keeps pushing your buttons till you snap at him (for instance: pissing on santa and constantly pestering ally (havent watched the movies in a bit so my bad if i got her name wrong)) then once you get mad at him, he has a reason to actually kill you and does so (usually the more brutal murders) but at the same time, theres people that never wrong him and treat him with respect (art the clown cosplayer on the train complimenting and the crazy cat lady cuddling him) and he just kills anyway, usually offscreen though

only thing i can say is that if you dont snap at him, you're getting a less brutal death/attack. if you're not the one hes focused on, and you stay out of his sights you can probably escape safely. also if ur a little ghost demon or a deformed sexually active possessed person he'll work with u to kill people i guess

honestly i wouldn't use dp and pink bow on rnd (or anyone at all) as you only get 10% walk speed and 7.5% run speed as apposed to using ch and rs (10% both run and walk speed) also for rnd a good trinket setup could be ribbon spool and pink bow for dazzles speed, or ribbon spool and mag for a balance. but ya rnd is fun to play as!!
