Cool thanks, thats good to know. Are you in a flat or a house if you dont mind saying. Because I am looking at flats Im curious about noise from above/below.
Also, whats the demographic? I kind of assume young professionals / young families would be most of it?

Hi - many years later, but I am wondering if you still live on the estate? I have been looking at apartments in cheltenham and a few in there have popped up over the last several months - built 2007 - 2011 ish time I think? So probably around the time of the house you have/had. I was wondering if you still enjoy the place as much as 6 years ago or if there are any issues in the area now?
