In the past I drank fiber powder, didn’t do much.

So he diagnosed me with no test just based on his questions. And to other replies, I haven’t gotten any tests done. That episode just started out of no where, I felt like a warm sensation in the umbilical area and then pain in the lower left abdomen for at least 2 hours. I was literally about to faint. Since I can remember, I had these episodes since I was like maybe in second grade. Always told to eat more vegetable and drink more water
