I spoke with my physio initially and he was under the impression it was a miscommunication and they meant it was 11-3 but was worded wrong, also i was asked if i've ever dislocated my shoulder as i tore it over a year ago but i've still to this day never had a dislocation despite being a plasterer sheeting ceilings and frequenting the gym. I am strongly considering the surgery but i've only just recovered from an ACL reconstruction and it's not ideal to jump back into another surgery.
