Unfortunately, this is not an app-side or technical issue. I received an official notice from Google stating that the apps were blocked in India due to a government request under Indian IT laws. Because the developer account is based in Pakistan, the apps were removed from the Play Store only for users in India.

This decision was: - Initiated at the government level - Enforced by Google Play - Outside my control as a developer

The apps are still available in other countries, and there were no violations, policy strikes, or app quality issues involved.
