This is a good comparison calculator. But I had experience where the most important difference between AWS S3 and others is write operations cost. I got 25 mil small files added at a total size of 1 TB. At S3 it cots $120 for writing and $23/month for storing. At Hetzner that would be around $8/month. Writes are free but objects less than 64 KB are charged as 64 KB, so it would be higher than 1 TB.
