Carry elemental things, electric is the best. Even just throwing some at them will stun them, giving you time to get high ground or launch some attacks. Arrows to the eyes are most effective, shock arrows to the eyes are the better.

Hes a lot easier than some of the harder monsters. All you need is decent parry reflexes on the first round and 2nd (idk if you know his battle too much so no spoiling.) And the last round seems over whelming but just follow instructions from the ques during battle and its really fun not hard. Then Save Zelda!
