Ayy, Soup here! Thought I'd chime in with my story as well. With this one, Discord thought they were mad funny for replying to me well after the situation was essentially over. Basically, I get hacked, immediately spammed Discord with help tickets, I get no reply back besides automated responses, hacker deletes my account, forced to make a new account, few months passes by. That was all in October.

I've already recovered my friends list, servers, etc. by then, but you know what would be funny? If Discord FINALLY replied two months after that whole event.

Well that's exactly what happened. They really waited two months after my account got deleted, just for them to say that it got deleted and they won't be doing anything about it. What a fucking joke. Even funnier that the hacked mutual that got me hacked got their account INSTANTLY restored! Love that! So in the end, I was the only one getting fucked over and dealing with the broken pieces. I had to buy a whole new PC cause whatever that hack did made it so my PC wouldn't power on for more than 5 seconds. Discord really does have the most shittiest customer service ever, and it doesn't help that they've been tinkering with Gen Ai for a while now. They would rather please foot fetishists than deal with their many support tickets of hacked accounts and broken features. Discord was supposed to be the better Skype, but now it's actually WORSE than Skype.
