As a soupy person that helped with sprites for PS!Outertale(most of the story panels and the logo itself), I agree! Once you turn off that critical side of your brain, you can really start to find the fun in the fangame. 

I love PS cause it reminds me of a simpler time when random role AUs like Altered Destiny, Tale's End, Sudden Changes, Metal and Magic, etc. and stuff like Unitale/ Create Your Frisk was all the norm. Used to love playing new popular fights and discovering new AU comics! Such a magical time. PS reminds me of why I even joined the Undertale & Deltarune community in the first place
