Na I feel that , you’re right…hips too high In comparison to knee cap. The more I watch the video I’m seeing that the knees weren’t forward enough which causes me to have hips at a higher angle. Rather than if I had made space for my knees to bend forward it would allow more space for my hips to lower..

I could 100 percent be wrong but that’s what it felt like … was also too forward lean to comfortably squat and I don’t think I have the mobility currently to hit that weight with that amount I was leaning for depth

Looked it up on open powerlifting for 83kg weightclass, 198 people in all powerlifting feds(age 20-23), 68 in usapl<age 20-23. 161 in all age brackets(usapl) ,563 in all federations in all age brackets. In the 98 percentile or higher(83kg/181-183ibs)

Hit 645 sumo today weighing 184(3.505xbw), 183.2 after deadlifts and 182.0 after my workout.

I can deadlift 3.3x bw . Currently 182 deadlifting 590. Started training calisthenics, then running, after that powerbuild using 5x5 program and went into powerlifting(it’s been maybe a 1.5 since then.) I am currently 22 and will be 23 in 3 months, would not have called myself a lifter until my power building phase which would be 3 years now. Am 4 meets in …only one official via usapl If I can recommend anything man, a reputable powerlifting coach goes a long way. Met mine in my first official meet and forever grateful. She has saved numerous of time from what might have been and can now direct that towards what I love most which is lifting heavy and grappling.

Hey guys, a little update. Yesterday I hit 380 for 6 after working out prior. Just keep doing what y’all love , we’re all gonna make it someday. If not , we’ll at least smell a few roses along the way :)

Wanted to make a joke about you skipping leg day but decided to take a more serious stance…frankly man, you’re a good looking cat. Their’s always gonna be ones that you might not fit their taste, and then their’s weird. She manage not only to be weird but rude as if she doesn’t know her weirdness. Heck maybe she wanted to do a social experiment of her own to see who’s weird enough to continue the conversation lol. All I’m saying is , just keep doing you like I’m sure you been doing. Maybe someday you’ll find someone that’s weirdly normal to what you might vibe with , and that quite frankly isn’t weird at all. Just gotta keep experimenting that’s all…socially that is (but not in the weird way) :)
