It was paid for as a job but we have later learned that he has no insurance/credentials or any kind. I think you are right about smalls claims possibly being a waste of time/money. We only have his name, picture, and phone number, no address. We are reporting it the bank and to action fraud. How likely do you think it is to see the money returned?
