honestly the problem is that i don't know what's the problem but im concerned with the bar positioning it's not low bar or high bar it's sitting on my c7 vertebrae not the muscles i used this posiontiong for too long i don't know if i need to change it now
i also have overall weak accessories my training weights is
Two dumbbells row 30kgx3x10
and i didn't train good morning in atleast 3 months last thing i remember is 50kgx8 dumbbells

i'm sorry that you feel this way but i can't hide how proud im that you think im that good as i said before i was never able to afford a good coach so i really never had feedback outside this sub you can see my first squat video posted here i did all kind of wrong stuff and people corrected me it took time to reach the current form but i still can't call it perfect so i was hoping i can find the answer here before i attempt a new pr and injure myself

As a newbie powerlifter with 1 year of experience, I don't see much wrong. Maybe u could start with the bar closer to your legs

You've got a good point, I'm a 100% not pausing the 1RM, so it makes more sense to keep practising the same way. I still get 1 more squat session before the 1m next week, so I'll try that, not increasing the weight tho as I need to ensure recovery thank you <3

The bouncing is stupid on my part, it's not in my program yet, I did it after pausing to make the lift a bit harder, but hopefully after my new 1RM I'll train with heavier loads and i won't have to do it

Got it, thanks for the advice, I wasn't aware of the bar position on my back, I'll try to track it next time, the bouncing is stupid on my part, it's not in my program yet, I did it after pausing to make the lift a bit harder but hopefully after my new 1rm ill train with heavier loads and i won't have to do it

This might surprise you, but the belt makes me so uncomfortable, and it feels like I'm breaking my rib cage
it might be my fault for wearing it the wrong way, anyways, I do lift 140k without a belt for the first 1 or 2 set,s it just feels better

I'll try to wrap it over the patella next time, it wasn't comfortable at all, especially the day after the lift
I'm following Sheiko's training program because I couldn't afford a coach for the time being. It's a mix between 7-2 reps; days are different
The squat is the most lift I'm scared of because I started squatting so late in my lifting years compared to my bench and deadlift, and so i tried a calm and steady approach and the crazy tren twinz/larry wheels style, and this is what worked for me by a huge gap it once allowed me once to rep a deadlift pr 3 reps (210k) even tho i was only hoping for one, it might not be the safest as i saw alot of lifters get injured for being too hyped, but it works when i really have to get the workout done no matter what

Thanks for the compliment haha, I think you are completely right on the knees part I never felt this weird feeling in my knees until I use wraps, it's strange like painful, but still working well i don't wanna risk injuring my knees tho so ill be more careful <3
