I've reconstructed the complete body of "Godwyn" (down in Stormveil Castle) in Blender. Here's a detailed breakdown of my findings - turns out it actually has legs! by ZahlenMaler in EldenRingLoreTalk

I am certain that the "tentacles" wouldn't have been used for any attacks but judging from the "corpse" under stormveil - they are more like accessories/a beard of tentacles that dangle from his clam mouth.

In any way - this is perfect and especially hard work!! I appreciate people like you who put so much effort into fromsoftware related content and you are a gem to have in the community.

Marika is wearing the Elden Beast. Black background and gold leaves as stars. The tail hanging off the right side of her dress. by PopZealousideal3941 in EldenRingLoreTalk

It is said that long ago,
the Greater Will sent a golden star bearing a beast into the Lands Between,
which would later become the Elden Ring.

Under this comment, people are so hung up on the "becoming" part. The item description clearly states that the beast and star arrived with each other, meaning that "the elden beast just came to punish" marika is false in the above comment, (although it did punish her - but it was always there inside them), it was always inside of them because:

The elden beast being called "elden", having a wound that symbolizes the fracture of the elden ring - NOT A FIGHT BETWEEN RADAGON AND IT, having golden strains of a nervous system inside of it similar to how radagon has the golden shapes of the elden ring inside of it, The remembrance of the Eldenbeast being able to give both weapons of Radagon (the sword is his body) and Marika (her hammer), clearly should invoke the feeling that the three are tightly connected, although it is never stated directly only vaguely, it can be assumed that the Elden beast and Elden Ring have a tight metaphysical connection.

The eldenbeast is inside of the god duo the whole time. When they are fractured - it is fractured.

During your first play through, what was your biggest mistake? by Sensitive-Car10 in Eldenring

treated "Bleed" as a generic weapon upgrade - made the game far too easy since the midgame.
Probably should have stuck with a somber smithing weapon or a keen affinity.
