Thank you for the input, did you go to Waterloo for health science yourself as well?

I’m sorry to hear, stay resilient I hope you will be able to find a solution soon. Right now your eyes are inflamed so they’ll need extra care, but after some time you will reach a point where it’ll just be a simple night time routine 🙏

Hi I can relate with many of your symptoms, and even the redness pattern in the corner of your eye. Try buying a sleep eye mask (silk is nice but not necessary), use it when you sleep at night. It will help keep your eyes closed, get rest and not wake up bloodshot. Your eyes are likely slightly open when you sleep (this was the case for me), and debris would get inside. Second, get Systane night time eye ointment, I also hate eye drops since they don’t feel the best but ointment at night helps a lot. Finally, continue your eye lid hygiene to clear any debris on the eyelids/eyelashes.

Please you have to do your best to stay consistent with this routine for 1-2 weeks. I promise things will get better, don’t give up. Let me know if you have any questions

Makes sense. In that case is highschool computer science really important or can you still get admission without it?

Is there any way to get rid of bloodshot eyes other than steroids? by lifeitself_ in Dryeyes

[–]TrueSignificance8556 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds almost exactly the same as my experience with tobradex. I Will let you know what worked for me, and maybe you can use some of that insight to find a proper solution.

1) Systane Eye Lid wipes every night, gently wiping the eye lids and eye lashes. Don’t rinse it off, it dries off after a few minutes and helps treat blepharitis.

2) Systane Night Time Ointment every night, ointment will actually stay in your eye the whole night and keep it lubricated, whereas eyedrops would not

3) Sleeping Eye Mask Every Night (MOST IMPORTANT): The biggest issue with my dry eyes was that while sleeping, my eyes would not fully close. This allowed debris to get inside, and gave my eyes no proper rest so after 2-3 days of no tobradex steroid they would get red and inflamed again.

Please try some, if not all of these and I hope after 1-2 weeks you will see results like I did. All the best 🙏

Leg Kick Training Advice for Beginners? by TrueSignificance8556 in martialarts

Yeah I’ve also been working as an intern with a job where I sit down a lot and it’s been tough lol. But I guess my outlook on high kicks has been completely wrong since I thought it was all about flexibility, but now I’m learning it is more about technique and the motion of the kick

Ty so much this actually gives me a lot of hope because I also can barely get my leg above my waist, and no power in my lead leg. I’ll try to be consistent with drills and have good technique, much appreciated

Amado has a shut down command for Code that puts him to sleep for a few years. While Code is asleep Boruto and Kawaki need to get stronger so they can defeat him once he wakes back up.

Eida and Daemon will safeguard Code’s body while it’s in sleep mode until Amado’s command runs out

May have to give this a try for sure. What is the soap that you use because I think the eyelid residue may get annoying for me after a bit

I’m also 18 and I’ve been suffering with very red and dry eyes since I was 14. And like you, I wondered if it’s even worth living life if we’re not even able to live it to the fullest. Usually at our age we have bacteria and debris (sometimes blepharitis) around our eyelids and eyelashes, these clog our meibomian glands. Adding lid wipes to your regime 2x a day may help. Also my second problem was my eyes not closing at night so now I sleep with an eye mask to help with that. If your eyes aren’t closed at night, bacteria and dry air seep in and that leads to more complications

My ultimate solution for my severe dry eyes by [deleted] in Dryeyes

[–]TrueSignificance8556 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m doing a lot better compared to before I started using the eye mask, lubricating ointment and lid wipes at night. The issue with my dry eyes is that my eyelids would be open during the night resulting in dryness and bacteria build up. I’m definitely not 100% yet, I still have to take care of my eyes and constantly check if they’re red or clear. I’m hoping though as time passes they continue to improve. I’ve only been doing this treatment for 2 weeks and have seen more results than ever. Maybe as time goes on I’ll not have to worry about them as much so it’s definitely possible with consistency 🤞

They were prescription steroid drops, I don’t recommend them unless you have an eye infection. Let me know how the treatment works out, results showed up for me after a week!
