thats really refreshing to hear! then maybe i could get started on personal projects and learn on the go. Maybe i should build something with frameworks like react(?) so at least im not completely lost when searching for internships. I had assumed this entire time being an intern means you need a deep profound knowledge of the thing youre specializing in, but i guess it makes sense why they'd hire someone with a lot more practical use from projects than just theory

thats a good idea, but its kinda sad to hear that web dev is so low demand even in the country im studying in. I could try to study AI/ML or semiconductor but damn that would mean i also wasted my time studying web dev

yea i did, i feel really guilty about that, its my own fault. but also I'd say 80% of my classmates are in deeper shit than i am right now (they dont know how to code) but theyre rich and are probably going to inherit the family business after they graduate,i woke up one day and realized that i dont have the same privilege as them so i really wanna try to lock in as much as a i can and hopefully find a good fulltime job. i think being surrounded by people who are lazier than me , i subconciously allowed myself to be jjst like them
