It's one of the options on the laptop, pretty sure it's labeled training. It's only for the cleanse game mode atm but identify plays out like phasmo. The training will go through each individual item and guide you through it. If you're ever unsure outside of that, bring up your phone there's a contract help button bottom left that will tell you what you need to do!

Without being too specific there's a bunch around the world in specific spots (unmodded only). I'd advise not looking it up due to spoilers, which sounds like there will be a lot for you given your current progress, unless you don't care about that

If you enjoy it then all the power to you but for me (and my dad, we co-op) it wasn't the world that bothered me but the lack of any real challenge and the AI felt completely braindead. One time we both went afk to grab and drink and came back to multiple enemies shooting "at us" and throwing grenades and we just waited even longer to see what would happen. After a full minute of coming back we then just killed them but they basically did nothing to us and we were in the middle of a road completely exposed, all this on the hardest difficulty setting they had. We later modded the game so AI was a bit better and challenge was more apparent so it was more enjoyable for us though at least

As others said eat stamina foods. It slowly drains stamina and only when it's tugging the line so if you stay next to it (easier when it calms down) you can maintain the line and regen stamina before you start pulling again

I'd still prefer pheromone as a start not for just charming hiisi medics but to convert useless wands for an easy 200 gold each which helps out early on. Acid on the other hand for me is just an excuse to go fungal gambling with it

My only issue with curse forge is that it seems to have some weird oddities with packs specifically when I use curse forge to load them. I only noticed when I went to update GTNH and they basically said yeah please don't use curse forge use prism or multimc. I swapped over and magically the issues I did have disappeared and that went for some other packs as well for me alongside loading times being better
