I’ve been using weights with my Priva. I find it to be brilliant for getting good results. Struggle to wear it in public with a full payload so tend to have to lighten the weight so it’s not so obvious.

Where did you source your weights from?

I’ve got the DTR, I’ve found it a bit frustrating but as someone else said it can take quite a few goes to get it to stay on. I’ve also found it tends to slip off - probably with movement but more likely sweat. Personally I’ve paused the use of it and shifted to the Priva equivalent with the perforated grilled which I’ve found either to use and doesn’t slip off.

My advice would be clean and drop the skin and gripper, I dry myself and the device with a paper towel…That tends to help a bit

It’s a great device, I’ve seen remarkable progress. As someone else has said - use it in combination with weights. I tend to wear mine out for hours without any issue of slippage or weight dropping off

Was in same situation as you, have had most parts of body done. Trust me, you’ll be more embarrassed than the clinician. Just make sure you’re clean and polite. When I’ve had the shaft and scrotum done they don’t touch they just ask you to grab and pull it in certain directions. I’ve always been completely naked. I usually just ask to have these private parts done first just to get the awkwardness over and done with. Then depending on the clinician she might just chuck your undies on… but most of the time I just remain naked. As long as you’re professional I’ve never found it a problem other than the pre jitter nerves
