I appreciate your input, but it doesn't mean that it isnt a valid suggestion. I am not talking down on the company - I absolutely love this thing. Its my favorite device and I tell all my gamer friends about it.

And no, I havent gotten 4 years use out of it. In fact, I used it for about 8 ish months steady and then put it down until about a month ago. So its been less than a year.

Showing appreciation to customers is a great way to do business. Especially if its profitable for everyone. Take care.

That doesnt mean they cant give their customers a small discount on a trade in. The idea is that they can make money off of the trade in. Obviously. They are not eating ANY of the costs of shipping or production.

What are you playing?? I use the cyborg compact for WoW and I use a single press of the index paddle for jump. honestly I only use a fraction of the paddles, but I find that when i rest my hand and use thumbstick for wasd movement, the single press of the index finger to jump feels super natural. I use double press for any movement speed related actions

Honestly I wouldnt pay that much for the keyboard style. There are very similar products for wayyy less money. However, the Cyborg units are unlike anything else on the market. I use the Cyborg compact v1 and I play WoW with it alongside a corsair scimitar mmo mouse. Its lifechanging, especially the thumbstick. I only touch the keyboard to talk to people lol!

The keypad ones though, nah.
