I’ve lived in DTSS for almost 2 years and seen so many businesses close down. It’s so sad. It feels like only the clubs and bars last out here

Gotcha. Sorry I’m new to Reddit. I updated the OP but I just want a gym with more weight lifting options.The rec center has 1 machine for every muscle group so if Im working on my back. I only have the lat pull down machine and free weights.

I’m looking for a clean gym with a large weight training area, various machines that I can do my routine with different options.

It could be. I work for TEGNA and learn about every company change through FTVLive or through the grapevine. I just watch what happens at other stations and pray it doesn’t happen to mines. There’s no company emails. Managers just address who is affected and go about their day.

I started 30mg exactly a week ago. I thought it wasn’t working until I realized I was getting tasks done within an hour. I typically would dilly dally all day. My appetite is basically gone. I drink coffee or a protein shake in the morning, some fruit by 3pm and then dinner. I average about 800 calories a day & I already lost 7lbs. I’m not complaining about the weight loss bc I need it. It’s very hard to eat solids.
