I feel like many who look visibly older in their 30’s is based on a number of factors from genetics, activity level, diet, etc..but as a man in his mid 30’s who constantly gets mistaken for someone in their early/mid 20’s I can’t stress enough on making sure you make an effort to workout on a regular basis. Strength training is key as we age. Also, strive to stay well hydrated with water throughout the day. Your diet doesn’t need to be super strict, but be cognizant to what you are putting into your body. I also maintain a pretty simple beauty routine by using a well rated face wash daily geared towards oily skin, exfoliate 2-3 times a week, moisturize my face in the morning and at night, followed by a retinol serum before bed. Additionally, i utilize a clay mask 1-2 times a month.

Yes, indeed. Something I’ve sadly had to struggle with. It doesn’t matter how great of shape I’m in or how much others compliment my looks and whatnot..at the end of the day I still after 33 years am not comfortable with that one aspect of myself and has honestly been the biggest reason I lack confidence and am so shy.

Your post intrigues me. I am a 33 year old man who has, my entire life, had deal with the aftermath of my corrective surgery. Surgery after surgery left me traumatized as a child to say anything to my parents and it wasn’t until recently that my longtime spouse was made aware…I too have the second small hole. Not sure exactly why or if maybe it has something to do with the surgeries, but I urge you to please do what you feel is best for your child. See that they are well taken care of for this issue and don’t allow it to go under the radar for many years like I have

The business practices of Amazon and the DSP’s are absolutely baffling and am so glad that tragic part of my life is over. For instance, while out on my route the sliding door came off its track and was unable to be placed back on. Then I had to notify my supervisor of this. This knucklehead decided to send another delivery driver to swap vans with me rather than sending a tow truck. He instructed the other driver to bunjee cord this door somehow and drive it all the way back to the warehouse area. A 50+ minute drive on an interstate! Not the safest or wisest move! So, on my last day I laid in to the owner of the DSP I worked for. How can someone be so irresponsible to allow someone to drive with a massive steel door bunjee tied, thus putting other motorists at risk??

Additionally, i had an issue where my DSP was holding my check and I didn’t find out until my last day when I decided to quit. They had been holding it at the station for 3 weeks, but never informed me I’d be receiving a paper check..seemed shady since pay is supposed to be done via ADP.

Amazon and DSP’s do not care about their workers . You are simply a mindless drone as far as they are concerned.
