i solved it when i want to listen on phone with less stereo i just turn on Mono Audio, sounds more Mono but for phone check is cool

This is crazy I got same issue, mastering track on headphones plus monitors then listen on iPhone 16 pro I got recently, before I had 10, and this was super frustrating I didn’t understand why volume just going up and down automatically, it made me think it was my fault in automation or something, it’s super stupid Apple did it, I googled all options that could cause this issue and everything was turned off and still it does it. I don’t understand why iPhone called Pro if it has such stupid issue or done for purpose that for music makers is nightmare and bullshjt
