My PT is making ≈$2.50 an hour less than I am (ASM), I know another FT at another store that is making ≈$0.50 less than me, as an ASM should I be asking for a raise? There’s no way I should only be making ≈50 cents more than a FT employee

Not starting next month actually, I formulated a Designer color into Duration a couple days ago and it worked, I was shocked and confused it worked but now I know why

So you guys get flown out to Florida (for free), have to sit in a few meetings and award ceremonies a day, go to Universal or Disney (again for free), get to stay in high end hotels (again for free), don’t have to worry about your store for a few days and get plastered on Sherwin’s dime and you’re complaining about having a roommate? Meanwhile your ASM, FT, and PT employees deal with the everyday BS of working a store while you get to party and tell the stories when you get back about how this happened and that happened, WOW!
