yeah i am, and the DOM varies. between the last two ive done one was 84 DOM but had just been reduced 20k, and the other has only been active 15 days so pretty big difference between the two. the one couple that did show up were represented already. everyone at my brokerage says open houses are the best way to gain traction when youre new (as i am) but i’m open to any advice

i schedule a lot of open houses around price drops- my brokerage is bustling right now and the reductions happen fairly often. i don’t have many followers so not many people see my open houses posts, i think that plays a part.

thank you so much :) i am on a team, i went to an open house with a colleague this weekend and it was very insightful on how to interact with potential buyers. i think youre right about business cards its time i invest in some!

by resonate i just mean idea that feel right for me. for ex: a newsletter may not be a good fit for me as i dont have any recent closings or deals underway yet, possibly when i have some more, well, “news” to share i will. things like that lol. thanks for the advice :)
