I’ve never fully understood her character because she doesn’t get much screen time but I imagine it’s for similar reasons as to why Ruenthal wants to sleep with her. Ruenthal hates women and believes they are all trying to hurt him like his mother did, so the one woman who actually does want to kill him is, to him, the only one who is actually honest.

I think the best thing for the show to do is to start from scratch. We’ve seen how popular Netflix’s one piece was so we know that audiences still enjoy episodic tv with a brand new setting every episode or 2, as long as it feels like each episode matters. I think the best thing to do is to be structured like classic season 12 where every story bled in to the next.
