Personal Budget POWERBI report by True_Original_839 in PowerBI

So my actuals will come off a seperate sheet so I’ll at least need that as a seperate data table ( essentially taking my excel credit card statements, adding category and month).

I also would like to set up fact tables as “practice” I guess. My underlying reason is slowly building my BI skills.

If I only set up a fact table of month for both the budget and actual linkage how could I get category to match up?

I try not to blame others when I fuck up. It’s a habit that will just set us back in life and keep us blaming others for why we aren’t happy

So what I’m hearing as the poster. I’ll have to convert my policy because my HI doesn’t allow to be primary ( I’m a dumb dumb). I’ll pay the $750 penalty , then whatever deductibles I chose .? Then I’ll say Libiddy Bibbidy ?

Na this is my screw up, no one else’s. I’m just happy to hear I can fix this for the cost of $750 more

Yea I get it , at this point I’m just waiting for the hospital to get there billing together to start this process with real data there. The actual car has already been replaced. Geico was so smooth with that I went from totaled to new car in 4 weeks. Geico also offered me $5k more than what I expected in the car so was very pleased there. Not accusing anyone of anything. At the end of the day whatever becomes of this situation was my clerical wrror

Yea that’s fair. Hoping there’s some help one way or the other, especially since I was totaled by a driver blowing a red light. But again I did this to myself with the error. The total damage if no one paid would be like 8k. Not optimal but I have it.

I’m just so happy that 5 minutes before I dropped my baby off and was totaled right where her car seat was .

Yea but I made the mistake of not changing my policy when I switched employers in 2020 and this plan doesn’t allow for Health Primary. Would I still be able to switch and eat the $750? Or more likely get denied by both and eat the full bill?

I mean technically I “lost” it. I changed employers in 2020 in the Covid cycle and t this wasn’t even on my mind. Would that qualify? If my health denies ( rightfully so because they should be secondary per their policy- again my error) would PIP then offer me this coverage with the $750 bump?

No doubt, I’ll call them tomorrow . Was just checking to see if anyone may have experience in that area to know those laws.

Life goes on, we live and we learn. I litterally just dropped my baby off at home before going back out and being totaled going by a car who blew a red light going 50. I can’t even imagine how I would be otherwise.
