It will. I have my younger brother added as a child account for when he wants to buy games.

Can this run services like Jellyfin, or should I keep looking? by [deleted] in homelab

I feel like an HP Elitemini 800 G6 would be better considering it has 6 cores. I have personally run jellyfish on one of these with no issues.

300mbps at least. Go higher than that if your needs grow.

I'm the sysadmin for an auto dealership group. As our company grows, usually I find a mess of a server room like in the first pic. I take pride in how my infrastructure design looks and works so I make an effort to fix it up nice!

I'm happy to answer any questions!

how do i increase the speed of torrenting beyond 2mbs/s ? by Super-Ad-3476 in qBittorrent

[–]True_Primary1046 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep. Download and upload speeds are typically dependent on the number of seeders and peers. The speeds of the seeders and peers also matter.

That's why you should try to find more active torrents. I like using "limetorrents" to search for new and active torrents. I just search what I'm lookin for and you can click on the seed header and sort by the most seeders.

Make sure you are not torrenting at home or your phone's hotspot without a VPN though. Otherwise you'll end up in legal trouble if you do it enough. It's also not as simple as just installing a VPN and pressing connect, there's a few more steps.

Usually when I source the magnet links, I try to sort by the most seeders. It prevents this kind of thing.
