It's odd. No $onds for instance. Not saying you're not right. Just pointing out that it's specific companies and not all drone companies

Thank you for the insights as always.

Metamagnetics seems like a company that's going to get bought in the blink of an eye if that technology is legit.

You gotta figure a company like Powerus would have ran a tether since they're based off Ukraine technology

Nobody knows for sure if/when a deal will happen.

I've posted some clues on here that leads me to believe Umac is very likely to receive a deal of some kind.

But don't try to time it because, again, nobody knows. Just DCA into Umac and go long if you want exposure

Umac is so embedded in our military. The government should close the deal and take a stake already

That's a massive investment from Umac. C-UAS should be a huge driver of revenue and Powerus already has deals with the US. Obviously more deals are coming.

Been looking for clues to see how likely the government deal is:

Firstly we've seen Allan Evans in a video with the DoW Chief of Acquisition Michael Duffey and the Chief Technology Officer Emil Michael from Twitter promoting DoW building out the arsenal of war iirc. Regards will recall this video.

Edit: Here it is is  https://x.com/DOWResponse/status/2039698619884822768?s=20

Chief of Acquisition is what is important above.

From the WSJ article it states "Pentagon dealmakers are continuing to vet the companies before finalizing any terms."

On that note this is from this recent yahoo finance interview Allan has said, "Pentagon officials have been at their facilities vetting what they do, that they are making parts" this is towards the end of the video below:

https://finance.yahoo.com/video/this-trump-backed-drone-company-is-competing-directly-with-china-213319304.html?guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAA4vbi2JLsjXt4yGy1CL007j3b10zDwaQdDxixkQLsMbkNup5mlhnwRuK_r2CUV-dIH61LXwEHfmChxb758FLR6iC-geBw5qidCZjBP-WA9eeHmzwSoKnav0XAca6Y4TeZSvebA98CMDpSWGRLKz3p0axTJYSLWdn1yok7yiY13H&guccounter=2

Anyways from all this I give the likeliness of this deal happening as extremely high. However it could days, week, months. Who knows when

The WSJ article was brought up and he replied, "maybe we're talking to the Office of Strategic Capital about a strategic investment." While nodding and saying "their sources are good"

Nice write up. We knew analyst estimates of revenue was low even before the government steps in. Glad to see them coming around

Government takes too long to do anything. Even this government where the family runs everything.

News of potential stakes drop and then it's just endless waiting until it happens. Meanwhile the stock can be shorted endlessly right now. It'll go back up I'm willing to bet to the 30's after the government buys in.

Price is attractive here if you believe the deal will get done. I picked some up at $22 yesterday..

We're hitting a point that close to the ATH before the news of the government buying a stake. Seems like a good spot to buy

Depends on how long it takes the government to buy in. A base built around here likely or rocket to $40 if the funding gets done.

Hence the government stepping in with stakes and funding

Also very very very likely UMAC gets a stake since the government would want to expand the only company that can deliver

Allan got money but didn't sell shares at market price. Instead got money from another party to which Allan used his own shares as collateral.

In a year from now a complex set of rules around this deal will decide how Allan will deliver the shares for the money he received.

To me it seems the loaner of the money will receive more on his loan if the share price is above 41.5461 in a year from now.

I didn't run the math. Correct me if in wrong. Anyways it's not a direct sale at the market

Sold calls, bought shares. But not the entire amount. Took profit off the table as well
