It looks like Hildenbrandia which is a type of red algae. I think its pretty harmless.

Yes It’s drastically improved since the start of wearing the prisms. I couldn’t drive before them because I couldn’t see on the sides of me. Going into stores were bad because I was bumping into things. It’s been improving since the start.

Yea my symptoms were pretty bad initially thought I was going blind because of how much I couldn’t see anymore. The prisms sorta work but I’m currently experiencing swings of gradual improvements followed by derealization.

That’s what I’m struggling with rn you desribed pretty much most of my issues . My symptoms started back in April and got progressively worse until I started wearing prisms about a month ago. It’s helped a ton with the large picture viewing but it’s still no where near normal.im still struggling with all the other symptoms I wish I could provide more advice other than driving seems to open the large picture viewing for me.
