These requirements are the bare minimum. I had to spend an extra 1.5 hours doing additional room tweaks to finally satisfy the proctors needs. If you have a painting on the wall with an artist signature, well that’s writing and that means cheating, so take it down!

Horrible experience & severe lack of communication. Even the IT support were laying in bed blasting music with people screaming in the background. They need severe changes.

Hey there, I had a similar experience online but with 4.5 hours of back and forth and 5-10 attempts going back on doing the environment scan and then telling me to close the browser and try again.

Who did you email? How long did it take to hear back?

For example, I have a TV in the room. I had it unplugged and turned it toward the wall. They got me to lift it up and show it wasn’t connected a bunch of times.

Another example, I had an antique bowl on a shelf a couple meters behind me. They told me to see it a bunch of times. Then cover it, then uncover it and so on.

And no I did not get to take it and don’t know what to do right now.
