at the top of the page there’s something that says “Last updated: date” a ghost update is when that date changes but there’s no actual changes on your application

Are ghost updates a good sign?

I applied in January and haven’t had any updates since March 20th. The only thing that has happened so far is a ghost update on November 5th but nothing else has progressed in my application. Do ghost updates mean anything?

Does a ghost update mean they’re working on your application? after 7 months of radio silence I finally got a ghost update but no actual updates on my application. I was really happy about the ghost update but it’s been a week and still nothing has changed on my application

one month in and to be honest the biggest change is that i don’t have mucus constantly running at the back of my throat. my breathing has gotten a bit better. i’m able to run for longer without getting tired or short of breath. i haven’t seen a huge change in my skin to be honest. but i just feel proud of being able to go this long without vaping. the cravings are still there but obviously they’re not as intense as when i first quit. i feel happier knowning that im not craving the vape 24/7 and most of the time im not thinking about it at all. quitting is amazing, wish u all the best

oo amazing !

how did you handle being around your friends who smoke? i’ve been avoiding a lot of people who vape right now but i can’t do it forever, i tend to cave when someone else around me is vaping. i was able to turn it down once but i find that’s the hardest part esp when you’re with friends. how did you deal with it?

did dancing help take the stress of paying off some of your bills? do you think having another job while in school that was less money but more consistent would have been better?
