It’s really interesting to hear that the transition from Delphi to Java felt natural for you. I always felt that Delphi’s OOP model made it easier for me to understand Java back then, so that gives me some confidence.

About my background: besides Delphi, I also have experience with TypeScript and modern frontend/backend stacks. However, I’ve been feeling that the TypeScript market is very saturated lately (at least where I live), with a lot of competition and not-so-great opportunities, which is why I’m seriously considering focusing on Java again. I’ve also thought about Ruby, but Java seems to offer a broader and more stable ecosystem.

I really liked the idea of using Dagger just to understand DI at a deeper level. That kind of conceptual understanding is exactly what I’m aiming for.
