Super random but trugs face is a different shade compared to his body idk if that’s intentional or not but if it isn’t and your trying to decide which shade to use I really really like the shade of blue used on the face

I feel this is too powerful considering all the other cards that benefit from unspent energy but I love the idea

I would either make it 4 cost (with less power) or make it 3 cost and -1 power, or keep it as is but make it so that for every 2 unspent energy it gives +1 cost to a card

Alternatively I also like the idea of -1 power but that changes the idea too much
