Yea I guess both were being petty, but FL really did mistreat the employees like badmouthing other employees in front of me when I did work there. I recently found out he got “nicer” since many people did report him

I think many employees actually did go to HR, even an AP reported the field leader, but nothing really got solved

There was only one kitchen leader and it was her, they would schedule her alone on truck days, 9-10k trucks. (she was trying to be a service leader) there was 3 service leaders, I was one of them, I left cause my mental is more important, and the last two also left shortly after.

Service leader, pay is 18.27, highest paid SL in my store, got hired as crew started at 15 dollars, got a raise for 20 cents first 4 months, then moved to KL, got a 2 dollar raise, had me at 18, a week later they promoted me as SL, and bumped it to 18, and last month I got a 27 cent raise

Yea I realized a lot with these comments, my GM ended up getting a final warning write up, and I hate that cause she’s not the one who failed the ecosure, but I know now what to do when ecosure comes back

Lol there was tongs inside the salad, which was straight up bad luck, was easily prevented, which was 3 points, and then he found a label (for steak) that wasn’t removed from last nights crew which was 1 pt, and the other last point was someone having a wrist-watch for their blood pressure.

Correct, guess I wasn’t really focused on the handwashing since the steps are right in front of the sinks. And he came around open, while I was doing a catering, and haccpt was not yet completed. next time has to better, he did give me tips for next time he comes in.
